Jenny ran the Cooking with Whole Foods Wellness Week at the beautiful Ocean Club Spa in North Carolina www.ocspanc.com August 11 to 18, 2007. This workshop was a great success and allowed SCDers to vacation without worrying about mealtimes. Participants learned how to set up a healthy kitchen, how to adapt their favourite recipes to suit their food limitations, how to make easy SCD dishes, and how to eat healthy on-the-go.
